Function Generator

The function generator provides very high waveform quality. That means low sinewave distortion, low aberration triangle waves and fast-edged square waves with low overshoot.

• 0.2Hz to 3MHz frequency range

• 50 Ω source
• DC offset
• High waveform quality at all frequencies & levels
